摘要:
二十世纪四十年代,唐模村的永佃制是优于普通租佃制的租佃制度,其运行机制:一是永佃制下主佃之间的双向永佃租佃使唐模村的租佃形式比普通租佃更加灵活,并形成低永佃租率;二是永佃制在赋予佃农佃权的前提下促进了经营地权的流转;三是双层地权的运作使地权租佃成本降低,促进了零碎地块的整合以及劳动力和地权的优化配置。
Abstract:
The mechanism of Permanent-Tenancy superiorer than common tenancy in the Tangmo village in the 1940s was as follows:One was that the Permanent-Tenancy at the two levels of property respectively was more flexible in form than the common tenancy;Two was that the bilateral tenancy mechanism of Permanent-Tenancy changed the exploited nature of common tenancy and the extremely low rate of Permanent-Tenancy formed;Three was that the operating of double land-ownership reduced the cost of land ownership transaction and tenancy,also promoted integration of fractional land-ownership and optimize configuration of labour and land-ownership.
