19世纪晚期，西方学者开始探索工业化时期英国的土地流动问题。这些研究包括三个类型。第一类是土地流动的学理式解读，第二类是土地流动的专题研究，第三类是与土地家族有关的土地流动个案研究。第一类研究只是观点的提出。第二类研究涉及到圈地、市场、社会价值、继承四种与土地流动相关的因素；每种因素影响下的土地流动都有待深化（或展开）。第三类研究以某个土地家族的经济和社会活动为个案，其中点缀着土地流动问题；土地流动的单个家族个案研究也有待于展开。以多重视角观察工业化时期英国的土地流动，深入了解农业劳动生产效率、土地流动、工业化三者之间的关系，将是研究这一时期英国土地流动问题的趋向。
Abstract:
In late 19th century, western scholars began to research the transfers of land in Britain during the period of industrialization. Such researches can be divided into three categories. The first category involves the researches, the method of which is only putting forward opinions. The second category deals with four kinds of factors involving transfers of land, which are respective enclosure, market, social value and inheritance. Nevertheless, such kind of researches on the relationship between each of the four factors and its according transfers of land should be furthered (or extended). The third category concerns the research in the case of landed family, in which there dot with some arguments on land transfer. And the third category should also be furthered. The research which concerns lands transfer in Britain in the period of industrialization from multi perspective and which further deals with relationship between agricultural labour productivity, land transfer, and industrialization should be the new direction on the problem of land transfer during the period.
