摘要:
1978-2012年中国农村发展变迁，以形成发展变迁新的重大促进因素为依据，可分为1978-1984年、1985-2002年、2002-2012年3个阶段。农村巨大发展变迁能够得以实现的深层次原因，主要是形成了适应特定历史发展阶段的发展机制，即通过改革解放和发展农村社会生产力，通过组织化、规模化增强“三农”自我发展能力，通过富农强农惠农建农政策支持“三农”发展。
Abstract:
Based on new great contributing factor of development and change, China rural transition from 1978 to 2012 could be divided into three stages, they are respectively from 1978 to 1984, 1985 to 2002 and 2002 to 2012. The deep reason of the huge rural development is the formation of historical development mechanism that fit for special developing phase. This mechanism made liberty and development of rural productivity by reformation and opening-up, enhanced self development ability of “issues of agriculture” by systematization and scale, supported “issues of agriculture” by the rich, support, benefits and building of peasants.
