中国传统村落发展正面临着一系列的困境与矛盾，数量的不断减少是历史的必然，与其在保护中“闲置”，不如在利用中“分享”。分享经济为传统村落利用带来了一定的机遇，同时也使其面临“内敛”传统文化的排斥、原住民利益保障的矛盾以及农村地区特殊物权关系的限制等挑战，有必要在传统村落利用中通过发挥分享产业、文化、社区、旅游、生态“五位一体”的联动效应，并建立制度、人力、产业以及利益四个方面的保障机制，实现促进分享经济在传统村落保护与利用领域可持续发展的目标。
- Abstract:

The development of Chinese traditional villages is facing a series of difficulties and contradictions. The decrease of the quantity is a historical necessity. It is better to share in "utilization" rather than lay idle in "protection". Sharing economy brings not only some opportunities for the utilization of traditional villages， but also challenges such as exclusion of "reserved" traditional culture， contradiction of the protection of native inhabitants’ interests and restrictions on special property relations in rural areas. It is necessary to develop the linkage effects of "five in one" of sharing industry， culture， community， tourism and ecology in the utilization of traditional villages and establish four protection mechanism of system， manpower， industry and interests to achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable development of sharing economy in the field of conservation and utilization of traditional villages.
