摘要:
花生的商品化生产是近代中国农业商品化的重要标志之一。随着美种大花生的引种与规模推广,花生逐渐发展成以市场为导向的经济作物,效益显著。从商品化的主要指标来看,花生生产的专业化和区域化程度与其商品量、商品率、流通范围均呈正向关系。近代花生商品化生产的孕育形成和发展过程,与当时口岸贸易的发展、工业化的进程、交通条件的改善、生活方式的转型、农民生存的需求等因素交叉互动,构成了花生由普通生产错综演进为商品生产的连续场景。
Abstract:
The commercial production of peanut is an important symbol of the commercialization of agriculture in modern China. With the import and scale promotion of American peanut, its have gradually developed into economic crops produced for the market, with great economic benefits. Judging from the main indicators of commercialization, the degree of centralization and regionalization of peanut production has positive relationship with its commodity volume, commodity rate, and circulation range. The formation and development process of the commercial production of peanut in modern times echoes with the development of port trade, the process of industrialization, the improvement of traffic conditions, the transformation of lifestyle and the demand of survival. Its constitute scene of peanut produced from ordinary into commodity production.
