摘要:: 吴蟹历史久远，蟹品众多。清代乾隆前期，阳澄湖蟹逐渐兴起，并后来居上，以品质优良、肉厚膏肥、味道鲜美著称，广受世人喜爱。近代以来尤其民国时期阳澄湖蟹业经济繁盛，不仅从业人员多、产量增加，而且商品化程度较高，尤其是形成了产区初级市场—中转集散市场—以上海为中心的江浙地区承销市场的网络体系，甚至远销内地和香港。而在繁盛的经济活动背后，阳澄湖蟹“名品”的声誉得到了进一步的宣扬。在江浙地区乃至全国人民的心目中，阳澄湖蟹俨然成为了蟹中翘楚、知名品牌。

Abstract:: Wu Crabs has a long history and there are many name crabs. In the early and middle Qing Dynasty, Yangcheng Lake crabs gradually emerged and came from behind. They are known for their excellent quality, thick meat, fat paste and delicious taste. They are widely loved by the world. During the period of the Republic of China, the industry in Yangcheng Lake crabs was prosperous. It not only had a large number of employees and increased production, but also had a high degree of commercialization. In particular, it has formed a network system of primary markets, transit distribution markets, and underwriting markets in Jiangsu and Zhejiang with Shanghai as the center, and even exported to the mainland and Hong Kong. Behind the prosperous economic activities, the reputation of Yangcheng Lake crabs as a "famous product" has been further promoted. In the minds of people in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and even the whole country, Yangcheng Lake Crabs has become a leader and well-known brand among crabs.
