摘要:: 我国自古以农立国，是故作物史一直是农史研究的基础和中心，意义重大。全球史的出现、作物景观概念的提出、新时期国家粮食安全战略的实施和构建人类命运共同体价值观的推动等社会背景，共同促进了新作物史研究的兴起。新作物史是关于作物与经济社会的研究。它重外史，将作物文化置于更加广阔的社会和生态背景中考察；重交互，关注对联系、互动和作物文化网络的研究；重影响，阐释作物与人类世界之间的密切关系。新作物史研究是以一种新的视角和全新视野来考察农业发展的研究框架，具有跨学科、跨时代、跨地域的特点，与作物产生联系的生态环境、生产技术、商业贸易、政治经济、国际关系、粮食安全和社会文化等诸多领域都属于其讨论范围。

Abstract:: Crop history is the foundation and center of agricultural history research, with great significance. the emergence of global history, and the proposal of the concept of crop landscape, The implementation of the national food security strategy in the new era and the promotion of the values of building a community with a shared future for mankind, have jointly promoted the rise of research on the emerging history of crops. The emerging history of crops is about the research on crops and economic society. It emphasizes external history, examines crop culture in a broader social and ecological background; emphasizes interaction, focuses on connection, interaction and crop culture networks; and explains the close relationship between crops and the human world. The research of the new history of crops is a research framework for examining agricultural development from a new perspective, which has interdisciplinary, cross-era and cross-regional characteristics. The ecological environment, production technology, commercial trade, politics and economy, international relations, food security and society-culture and many other fields are within the scope of its discussion.
