摘要:: 抗战时期，陕甘宁边区具备了聚合农学专家的制度因素、现实需求和多元化平台。大批有志农学人才奔赴延安，聚合成发展农学和农业的鲜活力量，发挥了不可替代的专业效能。他们多次开展实地资源考察，助力边区政府做出开发南泥湾和推广植棉等重要决策。同时，还进行农业技术改良与试验，采取多种方式致力于农业技术传播以及人才培养，从技术和非技术层面对发展边区农业提出诸多建议。他们自身及其进行的人才培养起到了储备人才的作用，此后依然持续性发挥重要作用。

Abstract:: During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region had the institutional factors, realistic demands and diverse platforms for aggregating agricultural experts. A large number of aspiring agricultural talents rushed to Yan’an and gathered into a fresh force for the development of agronomy and agriculture, exerting irreplaceable professional efficiency. They have conducted multiple on-site resource investigation, assisting the border region government in making important decisions on developing Nanniwan and promoting cotton planting. At the same time, they also carried out agricultural technology improvement and experiment, adopted a variety of ways to devote to the dissemination of agricultural technology and personnel training, and put forward many suggestions on the development of border areas agriculture from the technical and non-technical aspects. They themselves and their talent training played a role in reserve talents, and continued to play an important role thereafter.
