摘要:: 1942年毛泽东《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表后，晋绥边区的群众戏剧运动如火如荼地开展，农村剧团和秧歌队纷纷成立，晋绥首府兴县作为群众剧运的榜样，演剧活动尤其活跃。农村剧团成员以村内青年农民为主，演出时间主要是在春节和其他节庆日，戏剧剧本主题集中在减租生产、文化教育、拥军支前与百姓翻身等方面。农村剧团是中国共产党政策宣传的有力助手，它切实推动了农村的实际工作，促进了社会动员，并且通过演剧重塑着这一时期农村的价值观念和精神面貌。革命与演剧交融共生，以润物无声的方式进入了农村日常生活。

Abstract:: After "Talks at the Yan’an Conference on Literature and Art" by Mao Zedong in 1942, the mass drama movement was in full swing in Shanxi-Suiyuan Revolutionary Base. Rural troupes and Yangko teams were set up one after another. Xing County, the capital of Shanxi-Suiyuan, was especially active as a model of mass drama movement. The members of the mass troupe were mainly young farmers in the village. The theme of the play was relatively concentrated on such aspects as rent reduction, culture and education, supporting the army and turning over the people, and the performance time was mainly in the Spring Festival and other festivals. Rural troupes became powerful assistants of the Communist Party of China’s policy propaganda. They effectively promoted the practical work in the countryside, promoted social mobilization, and reshaped the values and spiritual outlook of the countryside during this period through their performances. Revolution and drama blend in symbiosis, and in a silent way into the rural daily life.
