摘要:
在中国这样一个以农为本的国度,农学著作自然层出不穷。清代的农书创作热潮尤为甚也,体量巨大且门类繁多,占历代总数的六成以上。然而,在农书创作的繁荣景象下,清代的农书观却较前朝有所收缩。自宋以来,古人的农书观有着不断扩大的趋势,一些具有休闲性、观赏性的花茶谱录等方面的撰著皆可纳入农家的范畴。然至有清一代,诸此“触类旁及”的著作均被“逐类汰除”,无论官修或私修书目,均强调农书所涉内容的实用性,将收录范围严格限定在与衣食原料直接相关的农桑知识以内。清人农书观转向严格实用,是在实学思潮、人口压力、经济效益、华夷观念等诸多因素的共同作用下促成的。
Abstract:
In a country like China, where agriculture is the mainstay, agricultural works naturally proliferate. The boom in the creation of agricultural books in the Qing Dynasty was particularly great, with a huge volume and a wide variety of categories, accounting for more than 60% of the total number of books written in previous dynasties. However, under the prosperous scene of agricultural books, the view of agricultural books in the Qing Dynasty shrank compared with the previous dynasty. Since the Song Dynasty, the ancient concept of agriculture has a tendency to expand, some of the leisure, ornamental flowers and tea genealogy and other writings can be included in the scope of the agriculturalist. However, in the Qing dynasty, these writings that had nothing to do with farming and sericulture were deleted, and both official and private bibliographies emphasized the practicality of the content covered by agricultural books, and strictly limited the scope of inclusion to agricultural sang knowledge directly related to clothing and food raw materials. The shift of the Qing people’s view of agricultural books to practicality was brought about by the combined action of many factors such as practical thought, population pressure, economic benefits, and Huayi concepts.
