摘要:
通过考察紫鹊界梯田中人与牛的关系可以发现,他们在农业生产中驯化与合作,在日常生活中照料与互助,在地方信仰中庇护与共建,形成了互惠共生的关系模式,并协同塑造了梯田农业文化遗产。然而,随着社会文化的现代转型,牛的命运逐渐被人所主宰和控制,人和牛的关系转变为单向支配,并表现为牛的数量锐减、牛的商品化和污秽化等现象。这一变化的背后,反映了人与自然关系的根本性变迁,双方从和谐共生走向了对立冲突,并最终表现为梯田旱化荒芜、土壤化学污染和灌溉系统受损等生态问题。由此可言,文化制衡的本质是关系制衡,后者是农业文化遗产可持续发展的安全阀。农业文化遗产研究不仅要关注到遗产地居民的日常生活实践,更要将这种实践置于人类与非人类主体之间的关系网络之中,从而在关系主义的视阈下推进农业文化遗产保护和新时代的乡村建设。
Abstract:
By examining the relationship between humans and cattle in Ziqueji Terrace, it can be found that they domesticated and cooperated in agricultural production, cared for and helped each other in daily life, sheltered and co-constructed in local beliefs, formed a mutually beneficial and symbiotic relationship mode, and jointly shaped the Agricultural Cultural Heritage of terrace. However, with the modern transformation of society and culture, the fate of cattle gradually came under human control and domination, and the relationship between humans and cattle shifted from a mutual harmony to a one-way dominance, manifesting itself in the sharp decline of cattle numbers, the commodification and contamination of cattle. Behind this change, it reflects the fundamental changes of the relationship between humans and nature. The two sides have moved from harmonious coexistence to confrontation and conflict, and finally manifested as ecological problems such as terrace desertification, soil chemical pollution and damage to irrigation systems. Therefore, it can be said that the essence of cultural check and balance is relational check and balance. Relational check and balance is the safety valve for the sustainable development of agricultural cultural heritage. Research on agricultural cultural heritage should not only pay attention to the daily life practice of the residents in the heritage site, but also put this practice in the relationship network between human and non-human subjects, so as to promote the protection of agricultural cultural heritage and rural construction in the new era from the perspective of relationalism.
