摘要:: 张謇对通海城乡的发展具有非常系统的规划和举措。大生棉纺企业的崛起，推进了通海农家土布业的隆盛。大生经营者利用工商业盈利，大量投资农业公司，促进乡村的全面发展。张謇创办的第一家农业公司通海垦牧公司通过土壤改良，吸收现代先进的农学科技，把学院派知识与传统农民长期的实践经验相结合，践行绿色农业理念。通海地区出产的棉花等农产品，为大生棉纺企业系统以及上海等地相关企业提供了质优价廉的原料。农业公司与工业企业的资金相互挹注，提高了资金的利用率，保证了企业利益的最大化，造福了整个通海城乡，走出了一条具有中国特色的产业协同发展之路。

Abstract:: Zhang Jian had very systematic plan and measures for the development of the urban and rural areas of Tongzhou and Haimen. The rise of Dasheng Cotton Textile Enterprise promoted the prosperity of the local handwoven cloth industry in Tong-Hai’s rural areas. In the soil improvement of the Tong-Hai reclamation, he adopted modern agricultural science and technology integrating academic knowledge with the long-term practical experience of traditional farmers and practicing Green Agriculture. The operators of Dasheng used the profits from industry and commerce to make substantial investments in agricultural companies, promoting the comprehensive development of the countryside. Agricultural products such as cotton produced by the agricultural department of Tong-Hai provided high-quality and low-cost raw materials for Dasheng Cotton Textile Enterprise. The mutual infusion of funds between agricultural companies and industrial enterprises improved the utilization rate of funds, ensured the maximization of corporate interests, brought benefits to the entire urban and rural areas of Tonghai, and blazed a path of industrial co-prosperity with Chinese characteristics.
