摘要:: 晚清时期外国人对近代中国茶业危机的产生原因提出了种种看法。他们认为，中国茶叶在种植、加工制作、销售方法、成本税厘诸方面存在难以克服的弊端，因而无法与印度、锡兰茶进行有效竞争。他们从茶叶种植、加工制造、贸易条件诸方面，提出了破解近代中国茶业危机的对策建议。这些对策建议触及到近代中国茶业危机产生的一些要害因素，涉及茶业振兴的一些实际情况，具有一定的客观性及启发价值，推动了近代中国茶业振兴活动的兴起。由于侵略本性的局限，晚清时期的外国人不敢也不愿意真正从本质上揭示中国茶业危机的产生原因，更加不可能从根本上提出解决中国茶业危机的有效对策建议，反而公开宣扬侵略有理的谬论。挽救中国茶业危机，必须有一个基本前提，这就是推翻三座大山的统治，赢得完全的国家独立、民族解放，奠定茶业发展的坚实政治基础。

Abstract:: Foreigners late Qing Dynasty of China’s tea industry crisis causes Modern raised various views. They believe that China in the tea cultivation, manufacture, sales methods, is difficult to overcome the shortcomings of the cost of the tax aspects of PCT， and therefore can not effectively compete with India, Ceylon tea.Them from tea cultivation，processing，trade aspects，proposed to break Chinese tea industry crisis modern suggestions.These suggestions touch on some of the key factors of modern Chinese tea industry crisis generated some practical cases involving the revitalization of the tea industry， with a certain objectivity and enlightenment values，promote the rise of Chinese tea industry revitalization Modern.
