摘要:
18-19世纪的英国议会圈地是一次对农民土地权利进行重新配置的过程。议会圈地的程序和方式为农民土地权利得到补偿提供了保障。从议会圈地中农民土地权利的补偿原则和实践过程来看，农民合法的土地权利基本上得到了相应的份地补偿，但是大量无法证明土地权利的农民无法得到补偿。
Abstract:
English parliamentary enclosure in eighteenth and nineteenth century was a reallocation of land rights. Procedure and measure of parliamentary enclosure guarantee the compensation of peasants’ land rights. Through studying compensation rules and practices of peasants’ land rights during parliamentary enclosure, we can find that the legal owners of land and common rights were always compensated by the commissioners with an allotment of land, whereas peasant who cannot justify their rights received no compensation.
