动物营养学是农学体系中少数直到近代才由西方传入中国的基础性学科，中文期刊是其最主要的传播媒介之一。以《全国报刊索引晚清民国时期期刊全文数据库》为样本，对1900-1949年间动物营养学的期刊专文进行全面统计和整体分析，结果显示：刊载期刊种类、刊文篇数等说明近代动物营养学的社会关注度虽是多行业的，但绝大部分期刊的关注缺乏持续性；刊文出版地分布反映了近代动物营养学的传播中心与范围，及各地传播热度极不均衡的事实；刊文的时间分布则勾勒了近代动物营养学传播的四个阶段。此外，从中亦可窥见近代中文期刊与科学传播的“共生”关系。
Abstract:
In the agronomy system, animal nutrition is one of the few basic disciplines introduced into China from the West until modern times. Chinese periodicals are the main carrier of its dissemination.Taking the "Full-text Periodical Database of the late Qing and Republic of China", from which all journal articles of animal nutrition from the year 1900 to the year 1949 are under statistical survey and comprehensive analysis, this paper reveals that the types of periodicals and numbers of articles published indicates that the social attention of modern animal nutrition is multi-industry, but the focus of most periodicals lacks sustainability; The distribution of publishing places reflects the spreading scope and center of modern animal nutrition, and the spreading heat is extremely uneven; The time distribution of articles outlines the four stages of modern animal nutrition transmission. And it is also possible to present the "symbiotic" relationship between modern Chinese journals and scientific communication.
