《齐民要术》虽为农书,但其中涉及诸多药材,还重点总结了部分药材的栽培、采收和加工技术。书中附载了多种常用养生简易方,包括面脂、手药、唇脂等制作工艺,以及少量内科、外科、妇科验方。酿造部分总结了四种药曲的制作和多种药酒的炮制方法,且明确指出其保健及治病功效。贾思勰尤其重视饮食健康,书中广引养生保健类文献;食品烹饪工艺中尤重香辛料的使用。贾氏还主张区别对待不同食物,因人、因物、因时而食,并推荐了众多滋补佳品。综观全书,贾思勰注重养生保健,追求健康饮食的态度尽融其中。
Abstract:
Although Qi Min Yao Shu is a kind of agricultural book, it involves many medicinal materials, focusing on the cultivation, harvesting and processing techniques of some medicinal materials. Attached to the book is a variety of commonly using simple health care, including face cream, hand medicine, lip gloss and other production processes, as well as a small amount of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology prescription. Brewing part summarizes the production of four kinds of medicine and a variety of processing methods of medicinal wine, and clearly pointed out the medicinal wine’s effects on health care and disease treatment efficacy. Jia Sixie particularly emphasis on food health, in the book widely he cited health care class literature; food cooking process especially spicy use. He also advocated the different treatments of different foods, which should be eaten according to special factors lying in the individuals, the materials and time changing. He even recommended many nourishing good foods. Throughout the book, Jia Sixie focus on health care, which blends the pursuit of a healthy diet.
