摘要:
包括推广所在内的河南农业推广问题，十分重要。中央政令推动下河南省各县农业推广所的筹建，体现在办法及章程两方面。管理方面，包括强化人员培训，奖惩并举。运行中存在的问题有二，一是上报制度，二是经费保障问题。总体来看，20世纪30年代特别是1933—1937年间，乃河南省农业推广所的发展高峰。河南农业推广所与河南省农业推广委员会之间，有间接的统属关系。推广所的发展对于今天我们加大农业管理投入而非仅仅技术投入，有资鉴意义。
Abstract:
Including Henan agricultural extension issues within the promotion office, it is a very important. Promoted by the central government’s decree, the preparations for the establishment of agricultural extension offices in various counties in Henan Province are reflected in two aspects:methods and regulations. In terms of management, it includes strengthening personnel training and simultaneous reward and punishment.There are two problems in operation, one is the reporting system, and the other is the issue of funding guarantees. In general, the 1930s, especially between 1933-1937, was the peak of the development of Henan Agricultural Extension Institute. There is an indirect relationship between Henan Agricultural Extension Institute and Henan Agricultural Extension Committee. The development of extension institutes has certain significance for us to increase investment in agricultural management instead of just technical investment.
