摘要:: “榜簇”是《齐民要术》等古农书中常见的一个农业术语。农史学家石声汉、缪启愉、马宗申等先生对“榜簇”分别提出了三种解释：“支架”说、“晾晒方法”说和“捆束”说。据考察，“榜簇”当为“櫋簇”之讹误，“櫋簇”指把葵菜扎成小把挂在檐檩上晾干。不管是在古代，还是在现代，“櫋簇”式晾晒方法都被农家广泛采用着。

Abstract:: Bangcu (榜簇) is a common agricultural term found in ancient Chinese texts such as Qimin Yaoshu (齐民要术). Prominent agricultural historians, namely Shi Shenghan, Miao Qiyu, and Ma Zongshen, have proposed three interpretations of the term: "bracket","drying method" and "bundling technique". An in-depth analysis reveals that none of these explanations fully aligns with historical or practical evidence. This study demonstrates through textual and philological investigation that "Bangcu" (榜簇) is a scribal error for "Miancu" (櫋簇). The latter term refers to the practice of tying harvested Chinese mallow (Kui 葵) into small bundles and suspending them from eaves purlins for drying. This preservation method, both historically and in contemporary rural contexts, remains widely adopted in agricultural households.
