里耶“取鲛鱼”木牍相关问题辨析——兼谈秦汉时期的珍奇进献-《中国农史》

摘要:: 里耶秦简牍中的一枚公文木牍记录了“廷下令书”要求启陵乡进献“鲛鱼”与“山今卢鱼”，及询问二者“物色”之事，颇为特殊。在将“鲛鱼”考证为魟鱼的基础上，可证该公文应与以往学者提出的秦人对海鱼认识的增长及执政合法性宣传无关。或是由于“鲛鱼”之属在战国晚期已从我国内陆消失，因而秦中央及地方都对其十分陌生，但出于对地方珍异奇物的需求，秦廷又下令要求启陵乡当地以此为献。同时借由该枚木牍及相关材料，尚可一窥秦汉时期地方珍奇进献的诸多细节与问题。

Abstract:: A wooden official document in the Qin bamboo slips of Liye that recorded the "Imperial Order" required Qiling Township to offer "Jiaoyu" and "Shanjin Luyu", and asked their "Appearance"，which is quite special. On the basis of textual research on the "Jiaoyu" as a ray, it can be proved that the official document should have nothing to do with the growth of Qin people’s understanding of sea fish and the propaganda of the legitimacy of governance, which was put forward by previous scholars. May be "Jiaoyu" and "Shanjin Luyu" had disappeared from the inland of China in the late Warring States Period, the central governments and local people of Qin Dynasty were very unfamiliar with them. However, due to the demand for local rare products, the Qin government ordered Qiling Township to offer these fish. By using this wooden slip and related materials, we can also get a glimpse of many details and problems of local rare offerings in the Qin and Han Dynasties.
