摘要:
清代江西赣南地区的民间借贷活动以货币形式为主，辅以谷物形式。民间借贷的动因多样，多系生活消费拮据而非生产投资匮乏所致。借贷类型涵盖信用借贷、抵押借贷和质押借贷。而借贷补偿主要分为无息和有息两类。有息借贷的计息方式包括月利率、年利率、固定利率、以谷为息及一些特殊方式。民间借贷期限普遍较短，大多约定到期后本息一并偿还；若逾期违约，常见的处置方式有“按约处置”“另借偿还”和“第三方调解”。
Abstract:
In the Qing Dynasty, private lending activities in southern Jiangxi’s Gannan region primarily involved monetary transactions, supplemented by grain-based loans. The motivations for private borrowing were diverse, mostly stemming from daily consumption needs rather than a lack of productive investment. Types of lending included credit loans, mortgage loans, and pawn loans. Loan compensation was mainly divided into interest-free and interest-bearing categories. For interest-bearing loans, interest calculation methods included monthly rates, annual rates, fixed rates, grain-based interest, and some special arrangements. Private lending terms were generally short, with most agreements stipulating repayment of both principal and interest upon maturity. In cases of default or overdue repayment, common resolution methods included "enforcement according to contract", "refinancing for repayment" and "third-party mediation".
