长江上游江心洲数量众多，其农业开发历史较为久远，但清代以前的相关农业记载并不多见；至清代、民国时期，该区域江心洲虽多有农业开发，但规模不大。新中国成立以来，长江上游江心洲的农业规模逐步扩大，开发程度与农业模式皆有显著变化。由于作物结构相对固定且较为单一，长江上游江心洲的农业开发在空间分布上呈现出一定的共性特征。其农业发展历程阶段分明，却在近十多年来整体走向衰落。该区域农业以旱作为主，套种与复垦较为普遍，耕作节律亦与周围陆地存在差异。近些年部分江心洲的转型与农业模式的改变，反映出其在区域经济发展中社会地位的变迁。实际上，当代江心洲农业模式的多样性分异及其演变，也是中国农业从传统向现代转型过程中不同发展阶段与具体情况的如实写照，反映出产业结构调整与城市化等现代化进程对农业发展的影响深入到边缘区域。
Abstract:
There are many riverine islands in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, and their agricultural development has a long history. However, there are few records of agriculture before the Qing Dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of period, the agricultural development on these riverine islands was visible, but the scale was small. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the agriculture on these river islands has expanded, and both the degree of development and agricultural models have undergone changes. The agricultural development of these riverine islands exhibits several common spatial distribution characteristics due to the relative fixity and singularity of the cultivated crops. The overall development of these riverine islands has distinct stages, but it has generally declined in the past recent years. The agriculture on these riverine islands is mainly characterized by dry farming models, with more interplanting and multiple cropping, and the farming rhythm is different from that of the surrounding land. In recent years, the agricultural transformation and model changes in some riverine islands also reflect the development and changes in the economic and social status of riverine islands in the region. In fact, the diverse differentiation and development of riverine islands agricultural models are also a true portrayal of the specific situations of different development stages of Chinese agriculture from tradition to modernity, reflecting the influence of modernization processes such as urbanization and industrial structure adjustment on agricultural development reaching marginal areas.
