摘要:
《诗经》中的“荏菽”被认作是西周时期“菽”的主导性品种,本文将“荏菽”与《管子》中的“戎菽”进行比较,对“荏菽”的用途和栽培的时期与今天“黄大豆”的品种和根本性差异进行探究,并寻找大豆的起源。
Abstract:
In this paper, Renshu of Shijing was recognized as a leading breed of bean of the Xizhou period.In contrast to Rongshu, which appears in Guanzi, the use of Renshu and its cultivation time are not different from those of today’s beans. In this way I approached the origin of the beans.
