摘要:
以民国时期美利奴羊进入山西为个案研究,通过对美利奴羊的引进、推广、出现问题、解决问题这样一个具体过程的分析,初步探讨畜牧业背后的国家制度、政策、社会层面是如何运行的。进一步揭示近代中国政府和民众对于西方新事物的不同认识和行为。在这一研究的基础上,从以土地和水为中心到以畜牧为中心,无疑为理解乡土中国社会变迁提供了一个新视角。
