摘要:
不同于人口压力促成华北地区两年三熟制的传统解释模型,本文认为魏晋时期华北地区以冬小麦-小豆-粟为茬口组合的两年三熟制,是人口下降与技术进步共同作用的结果。魏晋时期的因劳动力匮乏而形成的相对集约化农业扩大了对于精耕细作技术的内在需求,而“保墒抗旱”技术的逐步普及则推动出现了麦、粟双主粮作物结构,继而吸纳兼具肥料与食用功能的小豆,组成常态化的两年三熟制。
Abstract:
Different from the traditional explanation model that population pressure contributed to the two-year triple cropping system in north China, this paper considers that the two-year triple cropping system with winter wheat - adzuki bean - millet as stubble pattern in north China during Wei and Jin dynasties was the result of population decline and technological progress. In the Wei and Jin dynasties, the relatively intensive agriculture due to the lack of labor expanded the internal demand for intensive farming technology. The gradual promotion of Drought Resisting and Humidity Keeping technology promoted the emergence of the double staple grain crop structure of millet and winter wheat. It formed the normalized two-year triple cropping system after absorbing adzuki bean with both fertilizer and edible functions.
