摘要:
针对刘志论文对曹树基先生的批评，本文从产权理论的角度分析了传统中国的地权结构。本文认为，刘志理解的“地权”和“一田二主”没有尊重前人的研究成果，也没有社会科学的意义。刘文对曹树基先生的批评存在二手文献的局限、方法论上的不足，不是基于实证的分析，没有参考价值。
Abstract:
In response to Liu Zhi’s criticism of Mr. Cao Shuji, this paper analyzed the structure of the land right in traditional China from the perspective of property rights theory. This paper considers that Liu Zhi’s understanding of "land right" and "one field two owners" does not respect the research results of the predecessors and has no social science significance. Liu Zhi’s criticism of Mr. Cao Shuji has the limitations of second-hand literature and methodological deficiencies, which is not based on empirical analysis and has no reference value.
