摘要:

重要农业文化遗产是人类在漫长的生产实践中用智慧创造的优秀农耕文化，包含了生物物种、生态环境、农耕技术、田园景观等丰富的资源禀赋，具有生态农业和传统农业的内核与特色，是增强乡村内生动力、助推乡村振兴的重要农耕文化资源。西南地区作为中国重要的农业区域，拥有丰富的重要农业文化遗产资源，然而在乡村人口大量流出以及现代农业冲击下，西南地区重要农业文化遗产正在遭遇农民主体性缺位、传统农耕知识流失、农作物品种减少、传统农具消失等可持续困境。重要农业文化遗产地应通过重塑农民主体性地位、构建“重要农业文化遗产+”体系、构建重要农业文化遗产产业链等措施，激活重要农业文化遗产的价值，助推乡村振兴。

Abstract:

Important agricultural cultural heritage is an excellent cultivation culture created by human wisdom in the long process of production practice. It embodies a wealth of resources, including biological diversity, ecological environments, agricultural techniques， and pastoral landscapes，embodying the essence and traits of both ecological and traditional agriculture. It is an important cultivation culture resource to enhance the endogenous power of rural areas and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. As an important agricultural region in China, the Southwest region has abundant important agricultural cultural heritage resources. However，under the impact of a large outflow of rural population and modern agriculture，the important agricultural cultural heritage in the Southwest region is facing sustainable challenges such as the lack of farmer subjectivity，the loss of traditional farming knowledge， the reduction of crop varieties，and the disappearance of traditional agricultural tools. Important agricultural cultural heritage sites should develop their significant value in rural revitalization through measures such as reshaping the status of farmers as the main body, constructing a "Important Agricultural Cultural Heritage+" system, and building an important agricultural cultural heritage industry chain. Activate the value of important agricultural culture and promote rural revitalization.
