农业作为中国传统经济结构的核心支柱,其现代化进程深刻嵌套于新中国成立以来国家技术制度的构建与演化之中。农业专利作为农业科技制度化的重要标志,在国家知识产权战略与农业科技政策推动下持续增长,成为观察农业技术变迁与制度反应路径的重要窗口。本文在回溯新中国成立以来农业专利发展脉络的基础上,结合技术生命周期理论与专利质量评估视角,系统分析了农业专利的历史进程、现实格局与合作机制。研究发现,中国农业专利的发展呈现出由政策驱动向质量提升与结构优化并进的演变特征,不同技术类型与创新主体在发展节奏与制度适应性方面表现出显著分化。与此同时,以设施农业、生物工程和智能装备为代表的前沿领域,正在形成以合作专利为核心的技术集群与跨域协同路径,显现出农业科技活动日益走向集成化、网络化的制度特征。在此基础上,研究揭示了农业知识产权制度发展的内在逻辑与路径依赖,论证专利合作机制对技术创新与成果转化的积极意义,并为未来农业科技治理体系与现代农业政策优化提供历史经验与理论参考。

As the core pillar of China’s traditional economic structure, the modernization process of agriculture is deeply embedded in the construction and evolution of the national technological system since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Agricultural patents, as a significant symbol of the institutionalization of agricultural science and technology, have been continuously growing under the impetus of the national intellectual property strategy and agricultural science and technology policies, and have become an important window for observing the changes in agricultural technology and the response paths of the system. Based on the review of the development trajectory of agricultural patents since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, combined with the theory of technology life cycle and the perspective of patent quality assessment, this article systematically analyzes the historical process, current pattern and cooperation mechanism of agricultural patents. Research findings indicate that China’s agricultural patents have undergone a stage evolution of "policy guidance - quantitative accumulation - structural reshaping", and different technology types and innovation entities have shown significant differentiation in terms of development pace and institutional adaptability. Meanwhile, in the cutting-edge fields represented by facility agriculture, bioengineering and intelligent equipment, technology clusters and cross-domain collaborative paths centered on cooperative patents are taking shape, demonstrating the institutional characteristics of agricultural science and technology activities increasingly moving towards integration and networking. This article aims to reveal the internal logic and path dependence of the development of agricultural intellectual property rights systems, demonstrate the positive significance of patent cooperation mechanisms for technological innovation and the transformation of achievements, and provide historical experience and theoretical references for the future agricultural science and technology governance system and the optimization of modern agricultural policies.
