摘要:
推进农业文化遗产历史资源“古为今用”是实现中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的必由之路。研究发现，农业文化遗产历史资源涵盖范围广博，其中传统农业生产技术、生态文明思想、耕读文化传统、乡村善治之法等是精华所在。基于遗产地发展实践探索，总结凝练农业文化遗产历史资源价值实现的五种典型模式：知识产权引领模式、生态思想嵌入模式、农耕文化育人模式、传统组织重塑模式和乡村主体在场模式。在新时代推进乡村振兴和农业强国背景下，农业文化遗产地需要坚持“守正创新”，从制度、技术、文化、场域四个维度建构并完善农业文化遗产历史资源价值实现保障机制，从而为农业文化遗产当代价值实现与“两创”提供路径参考。
Abstract:
Promoting the principle of "making the past serve the present" regarding the historical resources in Agricultural Heritage Systems is an essential path to achieving the creative transformation and innovative development of China’s fine traditional culture.Research indicates that the historical resources in Agricultural Heritage Systems encompass a broad spectrum, within which traditional agricultural production techniques, eco-civilization philosophies, the culture of integrating farming with education, and rural community governance practices are integral to its essence. Based on practical development experiences in heritage sites, this study summarizes five representative models for realizing the value of historical resources in Agricultural Heritage Systems: the IP-driven model, the eco-philosophy integration model, the agri-cultural education model, the traditional organization reinvigoration model, and the rural community agency model.Against the backdrop of advancing rural revitalization and building a strong agricultural nation in the new era, agricultural heritage system sites must adhere to the principle of "upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground". It is essential to establish and refine a safeguarding mechanism for realizing the value of historical resources in Agricultural Heritage Systems across four dimensions: institutional, technological, cultural, and field-based. This aims to provide a pathway reference for realizing the contemporary value of Agricultural Heritage Systems and advancing its "creative transformation and innovative development".
