摘要:: 《肩水金关汉简》所载田卒多来自淮阳、梁国、河南郡等内郡，以青壮年为主，大都拥有爵位。各地在征发田卒时，秉承“一里出一人”以及爵制等原则，进行征发。田卒的日常管理有一套完善的机构和规制。日常生活出现了庸作等经济活动，除劳作外，还可能学习相关的典籍。田卒是两汉西北边塞的特殊群体，他们耕战结合，为两汉西北农业的发展，边境的繁荣稳定做出了应有的贡献。

Abstract:: The farming soldiers which are seen in Han Dynasty Wooden Slips from Jianshui Jinguan were mainly coming from the interior counties such as Huaiyang, Liang and Henan. They were mainly in young and had the titles. In the conscription, they had adhered to the principle of title, and“only one soldier is conscripted from one village”. The daily management has a perfect organization and regulation. The hiring labor has appeared. It was possible for them to study. During the Han dynasty, the farming soldiers were the special group in the Northwest frontier. By combining farming and warfare, they have made important contribution to the development of Northwestern agriculture as well as the prosperity and stability of the border.
