摘要:
中国悠久的农业历史留下了丰富的农业遗产，农业遗产的保护对乡村建设及可持续发展等具有重要意义，随着近年来美丽乡村建设的如火如荼，如何在大规模建设中有效保护农业遗产已成为一个严峻而迫切的课题，本文剖析了美丽乡村建设与农业遗产保护的内在关系，从政府政绩、土地政策、规划水平、财政投入、管理体制等五个方面，探究美丽乡村建设对农业遗产保护的不利影响因素，最后提出了基于农业遗产保护的美丽乡村发展对策，以达到两者之间的耦合。
Abstract:
Chinese long agricultural history has left rich agricultural heritage. The protection of agricultural heritage is of great importance to rural construction and sustainable development. Since the beautiful countryside construction was in full swing in recent years， how to protect agricultural heritage in large-scale construction effectively has been a serious and urgent subject. This paper analyzes the inherent relationship between the beautiful countryside construction and the protection of agricultural heritage， and then explores the disadvantages of beautiful countryside construction on the protection of agricultural heritage from the aspects of government performance， land policy， planning level， financial input and management system， etc. Finally， it puts forward countermeasures of beautiful countryside development based on the protection of agricultural heritage， in order to achieve the coupling between them.
