摘要:
小麦、黑麦、大麦、燕麦是中世纪英国最主要的农产品，也是重要的商品，中世纪庄园账簿中记录了大量的谷物交换情况，保留了丰富的价格资料。12-15世纪的谷物价格经历了持续上涨、剧烈波动、下降分化三个阶段。同时，谷物价格的波动具有较强的生产周期性和区域性的特点，并因其质量等级不同而具有差异性。人口需求、货币量是引起谷物价格变化的重要因素，而气候是造成谷物价格剧烈波动的原因。谷物价格的变化反映了中世纪靠天吃饭、生产率极低的农业经济模式。
Abstract:
There are four kinds of main agrarian production， including wheat， rye， barley and oat in medieval England and they are also important commerce in market. In medieval manorial accounts， there are detailed corn exchange cases and plentiful related price documents. The fluctuation of corn price can be divided into three stages， persistent rising from late twelfth century to early fourteenth century， high volatility during the Great Famine and the Black Death， declining and divergence after 1375.Corn price is apt to a productive circle between seed and harvest， and varies in different region in England. At the same time， some price discrepancies own to corn quality. Both population’s consumer demand and coin quantity are key causes of corn price fluctuation， while bad weather makes price up and down sharply. Fluctuation of corn price reflects primitive and low-productive agricultural economy in medieval England.
