摘要:
抗战时期陇东根据地的纺织业在党的领导及政策支持下迅速发展，实现了从小到大，由半自给到自给的发展过程。通过政府投资公营纺织业，完善合作社股权制，帮扶个体手工业，鼓励私人资本投资等多种方式，形成了以公营经济为骨干，合作经济为补充，个体手工和私营经济协同共进的发展新机制，成为边区纺织业发展的典范。纺织业发展既呈现出现代企业经营理念，又有浓厚的公权色彩，尤其是边区高干会议后，政府权力全面介入合营、私营纺织业之中，成为陇东纺织业发展的突出特点。纺织业的繁荣发展不仅保障了军民自给，支持了长期抗战，而且改变了陇东农业经济的单调局面，引发了农业种植结构的调整，更为重要的是为新民主主义经济积累了成功的、丰富的建设经验。
Abstract:
The textile industry in longdong base area developed rapidly under the leadership and policy of the party during the war of resistance against Japan, and realized the process of developing from semi-self-sufficiency to self-sufficiency from small to large. Through government investment in the public textile industry, improving the equity system of cooperatives, helping individual handicrafts, and encouraging private capital investment, a new development mechanism has been formed that takes the public economy as its backbone, complements the cooperative economy, and promotes the development of individual handicrafts and the private economy in concert. Become a model for the development of the textile industry in the border area. The development of the textile industry not only presents the concept of modern enterprise management, but also has a strong public power. Especially after the high-level meeting in the border area, the government’s power has been fully involved in the joint venture and the private textile industry, which has become a prominent feature of the development of the textile industry in Longdong. The prosperity and development of the textile industry not only guaranteed the self-sufficiency of the military and the people, supported the long-term war of resistance, but also changed the single economic base of the rural areas in Longdong, triggered the adjustment of the agricultural planting structure, and more importantly, accumulated successful and rich construction experience for the new-democratic economy.
