摘要:: 方志中的物产门目记载了一地所产的植物、动物、货物等资源，其中不乏对传统优质品种、土贡、出口产品等物产及其相关历史文化的记载。本文在简要概述方志物产和地标农产品的基础上，从本质属性、收录范围、命名规则、内容特征等方面探究方志物产和地标农产品两者之间的关联，分析方志物产史料在地标农产品品牌发展中的价值，并结合数字人文应用技术和研究方法就如何开发利用方志物产史料，服务于地标农产品品牌建设提出几点设想，旨在通过方志物产史料的整理和利用，从文献学角度为地标农产品的保护与发展提供参考；同时通过对方志类典籍中传统农耕文化的挖掘与传播，增强文化自信，实现方志整理“古为今用”的目标。

Abstract:: Local chronicles record the plants, animals, goods and other resources produced in a place, including traditional high-quality varieties, tributes, export products and related historical and cultural records. Based on a brief overview of products in local chronicles and geographical indication agricultural products, this paper explores the correlation between the two above from the aspect of essential attributes, scope of collection, naming rules and content characteristics. Then the author analyzes the value of historical materials of products in local chronicles to the brand development of geographical indication agricultural products. Some ideas about how to use application technology and research methods of digital humanities to develop and utilize the historical materials of products in local chronicles to service in the brand building of geographical indication agricultural products are proposed. The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the protection and development of geographical indication agricultural products from the perspective of philology through the collation and utilization of products in local chronicles, and at the same time, to enhance our cultural confidence through the exploration and transmission of the traditional farming culture in the local chronicles, to achieve the goal of local chronicles collecting“make the past serve the present”
