摘要:
江南地区是中国农业文化的发源地之一,这里的蔬菜作物品类丰富,人们在对本地物种进行培育驯化的基础上,通过跨区、跨境引种交流,实现了蔬菜作物的多样性和本土化发展。在物种扩散、人口迁移、经济发展等多重因素的影响下,江南地区蔬菜作物的数量、质量和品类结构持续发展,加之蔬菜园艺栽培技术的不断进步和加工存储方法的改进,到清末,江南地区已基本实现了蔬菜的周年供应,为当地土地的人口供养质量提高提供了必要条件。
Abstract:
The Jiangnan region is one of the places where Chinese agricultural culture originated . There are rich types of vegetable crops here . On the basis of domestication and cultivation of local species, people have increased the diversity of vegetable crops through cross regional and cross-border introduction . Under the influence of multiple factors, such as species diffusion, population migration and economic development, the quantity, quality and category structure of vegetable crops in Jiangnan region continued to develop . By the end of the Qing Dynasty, with the development of horticultural cultivation techniques and the improvement of processing and storage methods, the annual supply of vegetables was basically realized in Jiangnan area, and it is one of the necessary conditions to improve the population support quality of land .
