摘要:: 黄河鲤鱼是特色相对鲜明的一类鲤鱼，因其主要出产于黄河沿线而得名，受历史地理条件的影响，黄河沿线逐渐出现了一系列黄河鲤鱼的著名产地，如保德、开封等地。黄河鲤鱼虽然享有盛名，但因沿线社会经济相对落后，并没有真正获得大规模的市场化经营，直到现代交通方式出现之后，这一格局才有所改变。黄河鲤鱼作为一种相对稀缺的资源，加上有意无意的垄断生产，在黄河变迁的背景之下，被以河工官员为代表的社会精英们，建构出无上美味的声誉，成为黄河水患苦难中的一种调剂，并为其在未来的发展中提供了良好的社会支撑。

Abstract:: The Yellow River Cyprinoids was a type of cyprinoids with relatively distinctive characteristics. It was named because of the main produced area. Affected by historical and geographical conditions, many places of production had gradually appeared along the Yellow River, for instance Baode ,Kaifeng and so on. Although the Yellow River Cyprinoids enjoyedthe great reputation, it had been operated by the field fishing due to the influence of the social and economic development along the route, and it had not really obtained large-scale market operation. It was not until the emergence of modern transportation that this pattern changed. As a relatively scarce resource, the Yellow River Cyprinoids acquired the supreme delicious reputation in the context of the Yellow River, coupled with intentional or unintentional monopoly production, according to the construction of social elites represented by river workers, and has a future prospect of sustainable development.
