摘要:
“火耕水耨”作为秦代江南地区常见的水稻耕作方式，既适用于稼穑田，将火用于垦耕时的土地修整，将水用于中耕时的除草，还适用于休耕田，将火、水综合用于备耕时期的除草工作。秦通过完善生产工具、发展水利设施等措施，提升“火耕水耨”的生产效率；通过扩大耕种面积，配合其他作物种植等方式，弥补“火耕水耨”在粮食生产方面的天然不足。“火耕水耨”的耕作方式也从一种单独使用的生产技术，发展为有相关技术、政策等配套支持的综合性农业生产体系，秦代江南地区进而形成了以“火耕水耨”的水稻种植为主，并配合多种作物共同发展的农业发展路径。
Abstract:
As a common rice farming method in Jiangnan area of Qin Dynasty, "cultivating by fire and water" can be applied to reclaim and row, fire was used for soil trimming during cultivation, water was used for weeding during row, and then it can also be used for fallow row. Fire and water were used for weeding during farming preparation. Qin improved production tools and developed water conservancy facilities and other measures to improve the efficiency of "cultivating by fire and water". By expanding cultivated areas and cooperating with other crops, they made amends the natural deficiency of "cultivating by fire and water" in food production. Then, the farming method of "cultivating by fire and water" develops from a single production technology to a comprehensive agricultural production system with supporting technologies, policies and so on. Then, rice planting with "cultivating by fire and water" was the main agricultural development path in southern China of Qin Dynasty, and all kinds of crops develop together.
