摘要:
中越两国建国以来的农业制度都经历了从农业集体化、家庭承包制到农业专业合作社的变迁，存在着诸多的相似之处。本文基于历史制度主义的理论视角，考察了中越两国建国以来农业制度的演变历程，发现：中越两国农业制度的变迁是在特定的背景下由政府所主导的；新旧制度间形成的断裂以及在此基础上形成的关键节点不仅是连接新旧制度的纽带，更是推动新制度形成的动力；新制度的形成还有赖于行动者的实践支撑以及制度自我强化机制发挥作用。
Abstract:
From the state founding to the present, the agricultural system of China and Vietnam had changed from agricultural collectivization, the household contract responsibility system to the agricultural professional cooperatives, there are many similarities. This paper based on the theoretical perspective of historical institutionalism to in-depth analysis and explanation of the two countries agricultural system evolution from the state founding to the present. The study found that historical institutionalism can reasonable explanation of the agricultural system vicissitude in the two countries. Agricultural institutional change is often dominated by the state; Agricultural institutional change also needs certain driving factor, while the Cirtieal junctures is not only a connection between old and new system link, but also pushing power of new institutional form. In addition, the formation of the new system depends on the practice of the actors and system self-reinforcing mechanism.
