摘要:
宋元是我国古代蚕桑技术南北分异的关键时期,受生态环境的制约,华北与江浙地区不仅培育出适应各自环境的桑树与家蚕种类,而且在栽桑与养蚕的具体技术细节乃至生产器具等方面存在诸多差异,生产技术的南北区域特色凸显,逐渐形成不同的蚕桑技术体系。这种南北分异现象是生态环境影响下技术选择的结果,不仅反映了人与自然的互动关系,也是宋元以来南、北方不同发展路径的一个侧面。
Abstract:
Song and Yuan Dynasties were the key period for the north and south of China’s ancient sericulture technology. Restricted by the ecological environment, North China and Jiang Zhe not only cultivated mulberry and silkworm species adapted to their own environment, but also had many differences in the specific technical details of mulberry planting and silkworm rearing and even production equipment. The regional characteristics of production technology in the North and South were highlighted, and different sericulture technology systems were gradually formed. This differentiation is the result of technological choice under the influence of ecological environment. It not only reflects the interactive relationship between human and nature, but also is a side of different development paths between North and South since Song and Yuan Dynasties.
