摘要:: 经过几千年的积淀和近代化的冲击，至清末民国时东北的海洋渔业出现了短暂的繁荣与发展，但这种良好局面很快被日本的侵略魔爪所撕破。日本先是凭借日俄战争的胜利强占旅大地区，继而吞并旅大海域，接着制定各种法令和设立渔业机关控制和垄断旅大渔业，并排挤中国渔民，侵占中国渔区。伪满洲国建立后，日本通过接收原奉系政府的渔业机关，实施渔业移民，建立水产学校，成立渔业组合和专门会社等措施，全面控制和掠夺东北的海洋渔业。日本的对华侵渔活动历时时间长，波及范围广，危害了东北民族渔业的发展，破坏了中国的渔业资源，对东北地区的渔民造成了直接的伤害。

Abstract:: After thousands of years of accumulation and modernization, the Northeast marine fisheries of late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China had a brief prosperity and development, but this kind of good situation was quickly torn by Japanese aggression. Took advantage of the victory in the Russo-Japanese War，Japan forcibly occupied Lvshun and Dairen area, and then swallowed up the waters of the Lvshun and Dairen area, ultimately formulated various laws and fishery agencies to control and monopolize the Lvshun fishery, excluded the Chinese fishermen and occupied the Chinese fishing area. After the founding of Manchukuo, Japan took over the fishery organs of the former government, implemented fishery migration, established fishery schools, set up fishery associations and specialized associations, as well as comprehensively controlled and plundered the Marine fishery in Northeast China. Japan’s invasion of fishing activities in China lasted a long time and spread widely, which hurt the development of the ethnic fishery in Northeast China, damaged the fishery resources in China, and directly harmed the fishermen in Northeast China.
