摘要:: 大豆最早起源于中国，并在世界范围内广泛引种。中国曾是世界上最大的大豆生产国和出口国，随着大豆在美洲的推广和本土化快速发展，美国取代中国成为世界大豆主产国和出口国，并每年向中国出口大量大豆。中美大豆相对地位的转变是两国在与大豆相关的政策、技术、产业化和组织制度四方面因素差异的共同作用下发生的。这一转变也对中美两国甚至世界经济发展带来多方面的影响。

Abstract:: Soybean was first originated in China and had been introduced widely around the world. China used to be the world’s largest soybean producer and exporter. With the rapid development of soybean dissemination and localization in the Americas, the United States replaced China as the world’s leading soybean producer and exporter, and exported a large number of soybeans to China every year. The reasons for the shift of the relative status of soybean in China and the United States are comprised of four major factors from policy, technology, industrialization and organizational system related to soybean. This transformation also brings different impacts on the economic development of China, the United States and even the whole world.
