摘要:

本文运用文本挖掘与分析方法，从明至民国时期的江苏地方志中提取稻类物产及其时间、地点、名称等实体信息；通过对名称进行词频统计，挖掘优质地方稻种并分析地方稻种的命名特点；基于时间、地点等信息，绘制并分析明至民国时期江苏地方稻种的时空分布与变迁情况。研究结果显示，明至民国时期江苏地方志中记载的水稻品种共计706个，基于词频统计发现的优质地方稻种包括赶陈糯、早白稻、红莲稻、虎皮糯、晚白稻、羊须糯、下马看、香粳稻、秋风糯、羊脂糯等；地方稻种的命名符合“观形立名”原则，尤以对稻芒、对水稻各生理部位颜色的观察为主，采用动植物名借喻方式命名的稻种名称中“牛”的借喻最多。基于时间、地点等信息绘制的时空分布图显示，这一时期江苏地方稻种的分布始终以苏南地区为主，随着时间的推移，不论是苏北平原、江淮地区还是苏南地区，地方稻种的品种数量和分布范围都经历了先增后减的发展变化，整体上处于衰退趋势。

Abstract:

Using the method of text mining and analysis, this paper extracts rice products and some related entities such as time, places and names from local chronicles of Jiangsu from Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China. By the Word Frequency Statistics of the names of rice products, high-quality varieties of rice and their naming characteristics were excavated and analyzed. Based on the information of time and place, the spatial and temporal distribution and changes of rice varieties in Jiangsu from Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China were plotted and analyzed. The results showed that 706 rice varieties were recorded in the local chronicles of Jiangsu from Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China. High-quality varieties of rice based on the Word Frequency Statistics includeing Ganchen Glutinous Rice, Zaobai Rice, Honglian Rice, Hupi Rice, Wanbai Rice, and so on. The naming of rice varieties conforms to the principle of "observing the appearance and establishing the name", and especially the rice awn and the color of various physiological parts of rice are mainly observed. Among the rice varieties names named by metonymy of plant and animal names, "cattle" is used the most. A map of space-time distribution based on time and place shows that, during the period from Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China, the distribution area of rice varieties in Jiangsu was mainly in the south of Jiangsu. However, as time goes on, the number and distribution range of rice varieties both increased first and then decreased no matter in the northern plain, Jianghuai area or the southern area. It was in a declining trend on the whole.
