摘要:: 中国乡村治理和善治思想有悠久的历史传承，中国共产党在其领导中国革命和建设的近百年历程中，创造性地形成了中国特色社会主义社会治理思想体系。论文在梳理中国传统善治思想历史渊源的基础上，探讨乡村治理制度的历史变迁和新时代的发展创新，认为：中国传统善治思想与实践的历史经验具有强大生命力、珍贵价值和现实意义；乡里自治和善治思想转化为自治和善治制度，加上与之匹配的自治组织体系，是乡村自治达其善治目标的最为关键的要素；中国传统的治理和善治思想与实践的历史经验在新时代中国特色社会主义社会治理体系中占有极其重要的份量、地位和作用，更是新时代乡村善治之路的中国方案和中国经验中的极其重要的组成部分。

Abstract:: China’s rural governance and good governance thought has a long history of inheritance. In the past hundred years of the Chinese revolution and construction, the Communist Party of China has creatively formed a social governance ideology with Chinese characteristics. On the basis of combing the historical origin of Chinese traditional good governance thought, this paper discusses the historical changes of the rural governance system and the development and innovation of the rural governance system in the new era. The article holds that: First, the historical experience of Chinese tradition of good governance thought and practice is of great vitality, valuable value and practical significance. Secondly, the concept of autonomy and good governance in the countryside is transformed into self-government and good governance system, and the self-governing system which matches it is the most important factor for the goal of good governance of rural autonomy. Lastly, the historical experience of Chinese traditional governance and good governance thought and practice occupies an extremely important part, position and role in the social governance system with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It is also an extremely important part of China’s plan and Chinese experience in the new era of rural good governance.
