摘要:
新刊布的岳麓秦简《仓律》、《内史杂律》等秦律中有诸多关于秦仓廪设置、管理的重要内容。通过岳麓秦简所见涉仓诸律，能够看到秦仓在墙垣高度、安全措施、器具设施等具体细节方面有详尽规定。此外，秦仓在稟食发放、粮食借贷、徒隶分配等实际管理中也要遵循固定的程序。岳麓秦简“涉仓诸律”的出现，说明我国古代仓廪的设置与管理至少在秦代已经形成了一个较为完备的体系，而该体系对汉代及以后仓储事业的发展影响深远。
Abstract:
There were a lot of important records about the granaries settings and management in Qin dynasty from the "Storehouse Laws"and "NeishiLaws" etc. in YueLu Academy’Qin bamboo slips,which was published recently.From the storehouse-related laws in this book,we could found that Qin storehouse has detailed provisions in wall height, safety measures, appliance facilities and other aspects.Moreover, Qin storehouses should also adhere to a fixed program in actual management, such as food distribution, food borrowing and personnel allocation.The appearance of the storehouse-related laws in YueLu Academy’s Qin bamboo slips proved that at least in the Qin Dynasty a comparatively complete system of storehouse in setup and management has formed.And the system has a far-reaching impact on the development of the storehouse system in Han Dynasty and later.
