摘要:
宋代以降，随着农业生产对肥料需求的增长，关于肥料农具的记载已开始见诸笔端，明清时期的农书中甚至出现描述淤荫工具的专门章节。本文从肥料搜集、肥料运输与施肥三个方面来叙述其中所涉及的农具，并对传统淤荫工具的特点进行分析，最后，将以淤荫器具为例，从知识阶层与农业实践两个方面来谈下为何明清时期中国在农具创制上并无重大突破。
Abstract:
With the increasing demand for fertilizer in agricultural production, the records of fertilizer tools have begun to be seen since Song dynasty, there were even special chapter for fertilizer tools in agricultural treatises during the Ming and Qing dynasties. In this paper, we narrative the agricultural tools using for fertilizer collection, fertilizer transportation and fertilization respectively, and analyzed the characteristics of traditional fertilizer tools. Finally, we took fertilizer tools as an example to talk about why China has no major breakthrough in the creation of agricultural tools during the Ming and Qing Dynasties from both the intelligentsia and agricultural practices aspects.
