摘要:: 抗日战争后期，苏中抗日根据地进行了乡选运动。在这场运动中，中国共产党采用现实主义的政治策略以及细致入微的动员手段，塑造公民身份，开展竞选决选，成功地进行了一场深刻的民主实践和一次生动的民主教育，使根据地的农民得到了民主启蒙，继而形塑了他们的民主意识，包括主人意识、平等意识与参与意识。中共的乡选运动，并非一种选举主义，而是一种行动的民主主义，其为当代中国的基层民主建设提供了启示，即通过民主实践形塑民主意识，形成强烈的民主政治心理和普遍的民主文化认同。

Abstract:: In the later period of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, there was a rural election movement in the middle of Jiangsu province. In this movement, the CPC adopted realistic political strategies and meticulous mobilization means to shape citizenship and conduct a runoff election, and then successfully carried out a profound democratic practice and a lively democratic education. The people in the base areas got the democratic enlightenment, and therefore shaped their democratic consciousness, including the consciousness of ownership, equality and participation. The rural election movement is not electoralism, but a democracy of action. It provides enlightenment for the grassroots democratic construction in contemporary China. That is to say, it should be formed the democratic consciousness through the democratic practice, and then come into being the strong democratic political psychology and the universal democratic cultural identity.
